Got a call about 10 minutes ago didn't answer -said name was Patrick Jones said he came out to my home and I wasn't home, will be coming to my house again in the morning please be available for documents with 2 valid ID and also if not home would stop by my employer - anybody heard of this is this is scare tactic scam!!!!!!!!!  No company name on Patrick Jones

Got the same voicemail this morning didn't respond seems like it would be a debt collectors to scare you A bunch of idiot [***]

I just received the same type of message but from an Angela Richardson. I'm pretty sure it is a debt collector trying to scare.

left voice mail that i was legally served and to call this # with case # etc
did not respond to it. scam??

I was press to give a debit card number that I do have any money on. I was threaten with court procedures. A Payday Loan Company sold the loan.The number the Payday Loan Company gave is not 844-206-6741.

I was called the last two days from a 850-308-6466 number and a guy named Eric Elliot left a message that he had papers to serve for a civil case and was headed to my house to serve me the papers. He asked me to call 844-206-6741 to have the option to settle. A guy answered and said Midland! The guy sounded like a jerk on the phone. I give them the case number and a Andrew Mason answered and said he could settle the debt for $350 but would have to have the payment immediately. He seemed very desperate to collect the money. I asked what was the method of payment and he said only debit or credit card. I offered to pay with certified check or money order and he wasn't having that.

This number called a man named Jeff Williams stated that the following party had filed documents connected to my name and my ssn, never stated the company name just an 844 number for me to call and that I do have the option to take care of the debt before serving me. Left another number for me to contact with a case number, spoke so fast on the message and the last thing the guy said was that I WILL BE LOCATED! I have contacted all debt companies and notified of bankruptcy filing, these people are trying to scare people into paying the balance of a loan I am guessing Midland now has the accounts from a small payday company.

Patrick Jones who called from 310 693-0887 stated he would be bringing paperwork to my place of employment and to have two forms of ID upon his arrival. He also request that I call 844-206-6741 to settle the issue. Claims to be from Alliance
