    Number is spectrum.  They charge late fee of $10 on $25.41  This is close to 40%.  That is higher than the IRS.  Bryana seemed to think it was okay for one person (a corporation according to citizens united) to unilaterally charge another person a fee.  Hmm.  I think they will be owing me a refund, net 15, and there will be a $2000 late fee.  If one person can set policies, so can another.  Wish me luck.

    No doubt you have a contract with them that specifies the late fees.  It is called the "agreement".  I know for a fact that you will fail in your endeavor.
