Did anyone find out who this is

An unknown call on caller ID cell phone stated he had to send a process server out to serve my elderly mother with papers and she needed to call to give a time she would be available. This number did not come up on any other searches I have done. Any other information out there with this? If I call to get the info, I will post again what I've found out.

My brother and ex wife recieved a call from this number on friday 6-13.  They were told that I had to call them about time sensative legal documents and if I dodnt call within 24 hours then tjey would mail me paperwork.  Judging by the facts that I havent recieved any calls from this number, or any voicemails concerning this issuem makes me believe this is mot legit.  So I guess I will be waitong to see if there will be documents in th3 mail.

I got the same call . It is a collection agency. In my case it was for a Yamaha credit card that was delinquent

I received a call from this number today, June 18, 2014 and so did all my relatives.  My phone number and my relatives all have unlisted numbers.  This is a fraudulent call.  WATCH OUT!!!!   The woman said she needed my address and employer to send me documents from the clerk's office.  I also received a call from 844-211-9531 from a man he said was Officer B---- (couldn't exactly understand his name).  He wanted to send me documents from the clerk.  Same story.  

WATCH OUT!!!!  This is fraud.  They have tapped into private numbers and somehow have found old debts from over 10 years ago.  I was scammed by a company that Xeroxed a letterhead of a company where you could see tape marks of the company logo.  They said if I sent them a check for "X" amount of dollars immediately, I would not have to pay the interest accrued on the debt.  That was definitely someone who had access to old debt papers.

I am calling my local sheriff's department and reporting these two numbers.  My relatives have been instructed NOT to give out any information or have any conversation with them.  They are trying to scare you and intimidate you and shame you into giving them information.  They are not legitimate.

That other number that called with the same story was 844-234-8709.  Same story, only a woman this time.  WATCH OUT!!!  These are definitely scammers.

I just received a call fist the number was unknown than the person left a message this is masrhall william from the state of pa I have paper to serve you for a fraud I will come by your place of residence or or employement. Call us to give us the information of where you live  and work keep all animals and fire arms away so no one get hurt. the phone is 844-781-2072. Please be careful if you have papers to serve me you should have all my informations already.I did not get any company name.

You are correct. Any real process server will already have all the information necessary to serve you.  You only know you are being served when the server arrives. Impersonating a court officer is a state and sometimes federal offense so you already know the caller is a scammer.

Called from a private number first saying that they were a process server. Okay...smells like bs. Gives you a bs case number and a this number to call back. Morons try and say you owe money and they're special investigators. Would love to see them say this sh*t in court.

same here. they called me, but it was a Marshall Collins. came up as unknown name on my home phone, and unavailable on my cell phone. they said the same thing to me. i have reported these several times to the FTC, and the Do Not Call Number. they seem to find ways to get around that. i guess i need to report again.

Was the company for real?

Recieved phone calls from this number, It was the same guy, claiming his name is Russell and he was looking for a family member, said it was time sensitive and  she needed to call him back immediately or she will be charged with Failure to show up to court, she ended up calling him back and questioning about what he said because she never got a court summons and he ended up cussing at her and hanging up the phone, I believe this is a scam. Called back the next day and the same guys said his name was Rick, and could not give me a name of the Company because he said he was a paralegal and worked for many different Lawyers.
