    Called my cell and house  Said I filed a complaint they had a case number   I have not filed any complaints.  Called ID said withheld

    received a call on my cell from 844-213-1988. They gave a random name with my last name and claimed they were from Padilla and Associates. They would not tell me where they were located. They said there was a case pending against me but wouldn't give me any information. Sounds like a major fraud to me.

    They called me about an hour ago threatening to sue over a debt from like 12 yrs ago, wouldn't give me a company name or location. The man on the phone sounded like he was reading a script, or just making up things as he went, I laughed at him and hung up.
