i got no call, however my mom in a different state got called by this number. Lady named Amanda Kelley stated that she needed to deliver some documents to ME (across the country) and wanted to do it the next morning, grilled my mom about my info...which she gave none. This is super weird and now im a little freaked out. Keep in mind im in my 40's, never lived in the state where my mom lives and i have NO idea how anyone could associate me with her. any ideas??

they called my job and my cell talking about some sort of file and complaint. no details. i called back and all she said was corporate answering service. felt like a scam so hung up.

Received a call from a private number and so went to voicemail. The call was from a Terrel Thomas who claimed was calling about a pending lawsuit and left this number to call back with a file reference number, Mr, Thomas went on to say that failure to respond would result in a lawsuit being filed against me with or without my consent. When I called back and asked for the name of the company, they just said it is an answering service for several companies and they needed the reference number to locate which one. I gave them the file reference number which was left on the voicemail and was transferred to an individual. I asked him the name of the company, he said excuse me? I repeated my request and he mumbled the name of the company and asked who he was speaking to. I gave him the file number and again he asked who he was speaking to and i confirmed my name. I asked what the so called lawsuit pertained to and he would not give me any information stating that he needed to confirm my identity before doing so. He asked for my current address to which i responded i was not going to give him any information whatsoever or confirm anything until he gave me more information. He then said well i need to confirm you are who you say you are. Never heard of a law firm filing a lawsuit makes phone calls to gather information before filing. Definitely bogus and fraudulent.

I received a same call from the same guy Terrel Thomas about a complaint against me,, they had some of my personal info how did they get it and my cell#?

Same as others, ZERO information given (no address, extension,  or any contact info) and *surprise surprise* no paperwork delivered or attempted. We actually run an apartment complex and have A LOT of cameras on the property as well as live where we work........... We would notice.

This was the number left on a voicemail I just received from a "Shannon/Sharon Hill" ? Super sketchy since there was no information given as to the company she is associated with and the incoming call came in as an "unknown caller" with no number provided.

The return call number that was left was this one and the entire voicemail was saying a "file against you" "filing" and to call back and reference a "case file" so they wouldn't "file against you without your consent " - No lie, she said "file" or some derivative of that at least 7 times in that matter of 20 seconds. I have no debt or anything that would warrant legal action so this is BS and a outright scam caller.

Just got a call from my aunt and they called her as well to get ahold of me and gave her the same number and file number and said they were a document delivery service? Careful out there people, no idea how they got her number since I haven't used her as a person of contact in over 7 years.

Same call from Shannon Hill saying that if I didn't respond I would be filed against. No identifying info, no company name etc. Sounds super sketchy.
