I received a call from a restricted number, I didn't answer, they left a voice mail with this number as the return and a ref #. I know for a fact I have no debts. I monitor my credit and just recently purchased a home... These scammers are out of control.. Be careful of these people!!!

I got a call from unknown number stating they tried to deliver a certified notice but it was return.  Told me to call this number to set up delivery

Got a call because I was a point of contact for someone who is being served? These scammers are bullcrap...

Called my mother and told her they needed my address to serve legal papers to me.

Left a reference number

A voice sounding like a white girl referred to herself as "Heather Vern" state "unfortunately if we dont hear back from you we will have to go forward with a complaint about this legal matter" ha!!

Got a call from a woman who left a message no name but said who she was intending to reach about a complaint against me and to call back at this number.  Never said company just said,  "the office"  and a reference number also stated if no call back they will go forward without consent... Scam

Hey guys, I just received a phone call today 11-15-16  I called this number 1-844-213-2051 and spoke to a lady by the name of Monica gave her my reference number she said that they are a legal attorney office that a credit card is trying to sue me for the money I have owed them since 2011, she said that I will be served legal papers to have a court date and I don't show up in court then matters can get worse.
What can they do try and get blood out of stone, I don't own anything, I'm on disability, she said that they will settle for a certain amount by I need to let her know with 24hrs or they will be serving me with papers for court, so I said ok I'll get back to you tomorrow. It's kind of weird how I have gotten my credit in good standing in the process of looking for a home to by with my family and a credit card us trying to get their money to close out their file by the end of the yr. lol.

    Have no fear there is nothing that they can do.  They are just trying to intimidate you into paying money on a non-existent debt.  You can safely ignore them.

She is a liar and has made illegal threats that will not happen.  It is also  illegal to claim to be ano attorney if they are not licensed.  Demand their bar number if they call again (bet you do not get it).

Received anonymous call,didn't answer so a msg was left on my Vmail. Theodore Maxwell states a complaint has been filed, provided a reference number and said failure to respond would result in the law office proceeding with a filing without my permission. No company name indicated and I am NOT behind on any of my bills. Good try but pick somebody who doesn't know any better. Tis the season to be thirsty.....

Same thing just happened to me. I started to panic but decided to check the phone number on google and came across this. I can't believe these people!
