Called and left a message saying that his name was Jim case investgator saying that  I will be going to trial  for Bank Fraud  if I did not call back in 24 hours

So this is to my previous post  Listened to the message again and the person that called me was going by the name Case invesgtor Jimson . I just called the number back and there was just  a recording no one is available to take your call please leave a message it was a automated recording plus if it was a real investigation firm they would have a recording you have reached

I received the same message. I called back no answer not name of the company and I waited the next day a man answered he said this was a check investigation I hung up. These people call leaving harassing messages once they were the IRS and now check investigation. My Atty told me that these people get information if you may have had a payday loan which was paid and over 8-10 years ago they use that information to scam people.

"Jim" calling for GEORGE MCCANN.... the trying to get a horible man that I have not spoken to in over 12 years on my phone line... I called back "paul" answered... I was rude asking why the F they calling me for George McCann... I feel harassed I Need a lawyer! Google GEORGE THOMAS MCCANN JR... I'm the 12 year old he went to jail for and he is a registered sex offender.. my number isn't even under my name so i dont know how they even connected me to that horrible person... I really need a lawyer I feel violated and harassed by just getting that phone call...

They stated they are going to file against me on a company I paid and have a receipt for.

These guys try to scare you into paying for old debts and threatening you that you will go to jail they will do anything to get your money . If you were going to jail they would not call you they will just come and get you they always call using fake names and fake againces and you can't go to jail for your debts they don't have debtor's jail any more. Don't even respond or answer there call they will be caught one day and they will be the ones going to jail
