Just called, indicted they were scheduled to deliver documentation on Monday.  Listed my address and said if I did not call back they would assume my address is correct.  I needed to call back. I won't be calling them back, and I have received no mail indicating I owe anything.  Just another scammer.

A real process server would not warn you that they are coming.

Just got a message from my father-in-law that someone from here called about a lawsuit my ex husband and I are both listed on and they have my ex at my father-in-law's address. We have been divorced since 1999, and he's never lived at that address. I think it's a fishing scam...there is not ONE thing that could connect me with my ex-husband in a lawsuit!

Theses asshats have called every family member to try to scam an elderly family member. I know for a fact that if you are being sued, they do not call you, they send an officer of the courts to deliver the summons to you. As I work for the court systems.

What good is the "do not call list"??? I've gotten 2 calls in the last 2 days, 1 from these dirtbags, one claiming to be from my cell phone svc. provider. Grrrrrrr!!!!!

Same thing.... they are calling my family members now and saying that they are trying to serve me papers.  Well if they are trying why doesn't someone please just serve them already.

I've gotten several calls from this phone #, They've called my sister and my wife, Using same pitch as the rest of y'all

Today they said they are reissuing my "documents" and will try XYZ address. Why don't you stop you scammers

My husband is constantly being harassed by these people. Yes we do owe a debt, but we're also in the middle of filing for bankruptcy. These people even went as far as tapping into the phone number of our city court and into our city's detective. Needless to say he had no idea what I was even talking about and didn't even see on his computer any court dates pretaining to my husband. They've been calling for about a month now saying that papers are to be delivered unless we call this number. Our attorney did call the number and the gentleman on the other line wouldn't even answer any of our attorney's questions. Knowing full well we are now being represented by an attorney they still are calling my husband and just found out last night they have contacted other family members as well. Family members that my husband hasn't even spoke to for years. I'm trying my best not to panic but the length these people are going thru is just mind blowing. I can't tell you how many federal violations they've already crossed and yet they still continue with these threats. I don't want to take these peple seriously but I have to admit they are impacting our lives. I've been so consumed over this! Our attorney has asvided us not to talk with them, answer their phone calls, or even give them any of our money, but he's not being the one harassed everyday also.

Left a message saying they had something "through the courts office" that was time sensitive, said if I didn't call back today they would continue. Never said which court. I called the number back and asked the guy that answered what the name of the company was, since he didn't say when he answered. He said he worked for the switch board and answered calls for "um, about 10 companies."
I asked for the names of all the companies, he refused to tell me and hung up when I asked a second time.

Omw to work I got a VM on my phone telling me he is going to mail me something for my signature and I'm in the military, so I have been taught not to answe, sign anythiNG i DON'T KNOW anything about, same as my civilian life.
They said if I didn't call back that THEY WILL ASSUME, news flash: assumption= making an ass out of themselves, that my address is correct. Lets see if these [***], pull through with this dumshit.
