Got a call from 262-200-0860 and caller left a message for me to call 844-213-4104 to ask for Sherry concerning Auto Warranty.

They spoofed their number on the caller ID to show one local to my area (405-233-0443) but the real # is 844-213-4104.  Voice message: "Hello, This is Sherry.  I'm calling you today in regards to your vehicle.  We have sent you final notices concerning your factory warranty.  Please call me back at your earliest convenience at 844-213-4104.  Call me today before your vehicle no longer qualities for coverage,  at (844) 213-4104, and ask for Sherry."

the same thing it happening to me.. and if you call the number back it just rings a few times then hangs up

you do know that when you buy a car/truck that it is a public record. that is how they got your info, not from the dealership.

It isn't "public record", but what happens is that the DMV sells that information unless you opt out.

844-213-4104 - Left vm 12:37pm ET.  Did not identify their company name.  Voice message:  "Hello, This is Sherry.  [I'm guessing at the spelling.] I'm calling you today in regards to your vehicle.  We have sent you final notices concerning your factory warranty.  Please call me back at your earliest convenience at 844-213-4104.  Call me today before your vehicle no longer qualifies for coverage,  at 844-213-4104, and ask for Sherry."   I would think a legitimate business would at least identify their company name, and possibly the make of your car.

Received the same phone call scam.  Obvious bs call.  Cant believe anyone would fall for this nonsense.  Will block them and not lose sleep over it

Same thing a Sherry wanted to extend my warranty when I called back a man answer I asked to be taken off list and then they hung up.

DMV doesn't record your phone number, in most cases. These scum are calling numbers at random; ask them what vehicle they're calling about and they hang up.

Mine asks for my phone number every time I renew my vehicle registration.  I am sure there are a lot that do.

Received  a call from # 844 213 4104. They left a voice message saying my warranty was expiring and to call them. This is a scam. Wish we could stop these B. S. calls. I blocked this number, and I bet they will call again from a different number.  STOP CALLING ME !  What ever you're selling,  I don't want it!
