The gentleman on the line said his name was Tom Oliver and that he was a process server. Said he was looking for an individual that I know because he had a subpoena for them  and that he was calling all the numbers on the person’s case file. He did not leave a company name

I received a call from a PRIVATE NUMBER... was given the number 844-213-4399 to call back and a reference number.  I was  told a subpoena was being served to me at my place of employment or at my home for a debt collection for my appearance in court.  The caller was Tom Oliver.  Mr. Oliver had my address  wrong. He also had me living in Baltimore when I have never ever been to Baltimore in my life. Asked for a letter of Validation before I continue and will share with my attorney.  Then I was told that the processor merged to files together... I asking then how do you know you even have the correct person.  Then I called back asking for the Validation Notice first.  Let us see if I get one.

Came up as a"private caller" on my phone. Man left a message & said he was with ERM & Associates. He said that I would he given a summons to appear in court cuz I authorized some unknown transaction. Said "goodbye and good luck"

Said I would be taken to court for a credit card that had been paid in full and closed over 5 years ago. Said his name was Jason Logan. Said he was on my side and wanted money right away so they wouldn’t come to my work and arrest me. Total scam and a bad one at that. He also said “Goodbye and goodluck.” Then he hung up the phone on me and wouldn’t talk to me when I called back. Total fake

SCAM!!  I got calls today from an unknown number and the first call went to voicemail and I was left a message that I needed to call ERM and Associated at 844-213-4399 to pay a fake debt or I was going to be served to appear in court in Travis County.  The next time, I answered.  Guy named Tom Oliver claiming to be a compliance officer reciting the same speech verbatim that was left on my voicemail, so I told him to go ahead and serve me and he immediately hung up.  This same guy even called and left the same message with my former brother-in-law!  Apparently part of the scam — calling your relatives.  In reviewing on the Internet, this scam is coming from a variety of 844 numbers all across the US.

This number keep threatening my son on a daily basis that if he doesn’t pay them money he will be arrested! I told him not to worry it’s a scam! These people if you can call them that, prays on scared gullible people young and old! Makes me angry they won’t stop. I had to to call the police department to reassure him that it wasn’t true! And sure enough the weren’t any arrests warrants on him! Told police department about what was going on was told to report it! My second report on them. Hopefully they will get caught! Chances are slim I’m sure, but I can hope and pray!

got a call from a Sam anderson telling me that he had a summons for me today and that he went to my apartment, which was the wrong apartment to reach me at and matter of fact the apartment was TORN DOWN because of a tornado that went thru it!!!!!!!!!!!! not exactly sure who this guy even is. So I called the 844.213.4399 number and talked to a lady about my supposed loan that I took out for 200 dollars back in 2013 and i settled with her to pay over 500 and the bill was for over 1000 as of today. She was supposed to send me and email after we got off the phone with each other and still waiting on that email and am supposed to be getting a phone call tomorrow about when I'll be paying this money. The email was supposed to have the information that I needed about my bill but so far no email.................
