Receiving calls from 844 prefix ending in 7851-7852-7850.  Assuming it is the same people. No message.  I've blocked them all.

Same here. Could be telemarketers, could be bill collectors. Online search comes up with nothing.

It's mortgage company

It is Wells Fargo ( their Mortgage Div ), and they are calling to collect a late payment ...and no matter who we talk to there, the next person who calls does not know that you already talked to someone else...They are very annoying and do not stop no matter what.

If it's really Wells Fargo, why don't they identify themselves as such on the CID? And why are they calling people who don't have a mortgage through them?

I'm getting a daily call before 9 from this number, I do  not answer because the call is not identified, but it disturbs those who are still sleeping in the house

calls ending in 7851, 7852, 7850 repeated calls, no message left, no caller ID. I don't care if it is Wells Fargo, if you don't put a "Wells Fargo" on your caller ID, or leave a message, you're blocked. Considered harassment.

Wells Fargo does not have an 844 number.  The caller hesitates when you answer.  They give their name before saying they are with Wells Fargo and goes right into scripting a sentence and setting up a payment. Don't give information. It is a scam.

This is not Wells Fargo Mortgage.
A simple call to Wells Fargo Mortgage division will prove this.
Do not call back or give info it is a scam.

I get 3-6 calls a day! I feel totally and completely harrassed!

Calls all the time. Even on Sunday!

i get a call from this number a lot. they dont leave any voicemail & i dont have a mortgage from them either.

There are supposed to be notes on my account specifically for this, and quite obviously it does not work.

I have a mortgage with WF and I am constantly more than 30 days behind and they call several times a day but thanks to AT&T Call Block, my phone doesn't even ring, I'm notified after the fact. What's bizarre is that number called me over 10 times between 1am and 5am this morning  so glad the calls are automatically blocked. Cannot figure out why they would call at all hours of the night, that's never happened before last night.

They're technically not real Wells Fargo employees calling, but a third party call center that WFB hires to help with collecting payments on loans that are past 30 days due. They may work for other companies too. When I've actually talked to someone after I had already paid current, they could not verify since they only have limited info on you and no access to real time info or to WFBs actual database, just a contacted bill collector.

They are wf, or claim to be, call me constantly. Even the day of payment due the calls start, and within grace period of 15 after. They do however break the terms of their agreement by allowing this third party to attempt to collect within grace period. Collectors are not allowed to use third party calls for collections less than 60 days.

SCAM. Do not pick up. Before was  previous scam call from 1-800-672-2893. Block these numbers

It's Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.  What is irritating is I have already scheduled the payment but they never bother to take note of that.
