an automated message from microsoft,which is not real..they claim that they are ending online microsoft support and they say that i owe money ,which is not true either...it is just a spam call

I keep receiving calls from this number stating that I owe them a large amt of money.  I don't owe them anything.

Claimed he was with Microsoft , I was due a $300 refund , " sign in on your computer ,  let me know when you're ready "  . Only reason I listened as long as I did is because I recently tried to cancel a automatic renewal .

Reseed supposedly Microsoft call as all the others ignore scam

They left a message that Microsoft account is due a refund & to press one to speak with person. Line is disco. When you call the number, they do not identify them selves but certainly wants info from you to care for your maintenance & then they will care for the refund.  Such a scam!!!!!!!!. Microsoft does not call you!!!!!!!

Last year I fell for the scam saying call microsoft as computer has been hacked and paid out $700 for "lifetime support". This caller knew the specific sum. Said the FTC required that the money be paid back as the company was closed. When he wanted remote access to the computer, I knew he was a scammer.

Just received this call and let it go to message.  The beginning was cut off, but I caught the part that I was due a refund because online support for Microsoft was cancelled.  I was asked to press 1 to continue, and I did nothing, but was informed I had made an invalid entry.  This was repeated 3 times until the caller ended the call. Their computer seems unable to deal with an answering machine.

Same call as rakboy received. Just another worthless scammer.
