i got a call from a local number saying her name was Debra Chase saying she need to verify my address so they could serve me with a claim but I could call the 844-216-9886 number she says is the firm handling my claim but didn't give the name of said firm . And that I have officially been notified..

Sounds like a skip tracer for a zombie debt collector. It is a ploy to get you to call the number so they can try and bully you into paying a debt that you may or may not owe and that they may or may not have a legal right to collect.  If you have never received anything in the mail about a debt you owe having gone to collections, there is a pretty good chance this is a scam.  Obtain a copy of your credit report from the three agencies to make sure there is nothing there that you are not aware of.

I did get a copy of my credit report nothing out of the Ordinary. And she needed to verify my address so they could send the claim to me . But I have not got anything in the mail about anything

the local number just called and left another vm now she has verified my address and their may be a claim against me with another woman in the back ground. I can contact The Firm ( no name was given ) until she hears from me personally this was my final notification !!!
