I am worried I have fake tickets, since they offer NO refund of any kind, and the tickets are very over priced as I did more research. I  supposedly spoke to a manager, it all seems shady.

I bought tickets off ticket master Aug 29/16 and have yet to get a confirmation email. I was charged an extra $110 in US currency. I am filing a report with my credit card company. 😡

my credit card receipt also had this number but was linked up to Online City Tickets 1-844-854-1450 which if you printed your confirmation number you are able to find out were your ticket are and when they will be relieved to you mine states two days before the event, which is too close to call and I may not order from them again for that reason.  I am guaranteed or money back.

NEVER buy tickets from this phone number!

I did not receive a phone call from this number, I placed an order for tickets on the computer but This number appeared on my credit statement with a US conversion.  Advised that tickets would be sent in time for event which I thought was odd.
but this is not acceptable.  I understood I was ordering from a Ticketmaster when the order was placed nothing to indicate anything else.  Would like a credit from ticket fulfillment.  .

Found fraudulent $329.45 on my credit card statement. It appears 2 days after a valid ticket charge, so it appears to be consistent with the scam you folks are referring to. I'd give a cookie (no pun intended) to know what "merchant" the credit card company is going to charge this back to. Or will they just eat it and raise my rates? No phone call; the CC statement puts the 844 # after the charge.

I purchased concert tickets from Ticketmaster and when I received my tickets via e-mail they were a lot less than what I paid to this company. I am out 555.87 dollars! I need my money back! This is horrendous! How does the arena not see that there is something wrong going on here with the name on the ticket is different than what the name that was given at the time of purchase!  I didn't get a call I called my bank and they gave me this number I called it and nobody is there to speak too....

If you purchased your tickets through Ticketmaster, then that is who you should be calling and asking them why that charged you so much.

Yes! Never got tickets but they took $384 from me! ALso filing a claim with credit card company.

Ordered two $40 tickets for Monster Jam and with fees came to $110.00 Recieved 5 $22 tickets in same area.... No problem, until we get there and they said the tickets were scanned a 1/2 hour earlier!!! They said our tickets were fake!!

`I purchased tickets to see Alice Cooper in Memphis.  I called Ticket Fulfillment Received a pair of scalped tickets.  I called the phone # attached and someone with heave accent said they could not hear me.  I called back and could not get a person only an endless phone tree.  I reported Fraud to Paypal

I guess this company is still in business. I thought I ordered from ticket master. I got this phone number off of my cc statement. All I get is the loop of press # and no agent.

They did the same thing with me

Bought tickets from Stub Hub for a football Game at West point.  Got the tickets electronically 3 days layer.  I also purchased parking for $57.00 from "Tickets On sale."  They sent me a confirmation of the order then sent me another e mail to confirm my address..  I responded and never heard anything back.  I tried going to their live chat.  Sometimes they would say the tickets are in progress and others, (most) they would say the order # is incorrect and send you in a continuous loop  I called my Credit card company.  they already paid the fee and then gave me this phone # they said they do not answer calls unless it is one or 2 days before the venue.  I went to their website . Same thing.  I sent them an e mail threatening Consumer affairs, BBB and the Attorney General of the state.  They said they will respond in 24 hours.  If they don't I will follow through on all promises.  I will also contact the AG's office in Virginia where they are supposedly have their main office.  For $57.00 they are going to get thousands of dollars worth of trouble.
