Robot called here, didn't recognize the answering machine.

Partial message was recorded that appeared to be looking for people in Ontario attending a post secondary  school program, press 1 for  ....

Yellow pages has this as a scam call from an unknown phone provider in the US somewhere.

Received call but didn’t answer

Called my cell, no voice mail left, but thanks to previous posts, they are now blocked

Call from this number came through on my cell phone at 11:27 a.m.  Didn't answer call.  Will be adding this number to my blocked list.

Why would you tell people to damage their hearing? Modern phones don't transmit sounds at harmful levels so the caller would not be harmed by your little stunt, only the person blowing the whistle.

This number left a voicemail: "Hello, we're calling from Foreign Research on behalf of Contact North. Looking to speak with people in Ontario who are currently attending a post secondary institution".

Just got a call. No voicemail. I never answer calls from unknown numbers, so I didn't miss out on much.

Keep on getting these calls. Now blocked.

They have phoned me several times and I refuse to answer and engage in their BS "Scam of the Day."

Came through as a silenced call and likely spam on my cellphone.  Based on other notes looks like a survey

Called at 12:30 am on a Sunday. Left no voice mail message. No present elections cannot be a robocall for that.  A credit card or telemarketing company would have identified themselves.  This leaves only some fraudulent individuals attempting to scam funds.

Called at 6pm. I did not answer and they did not leave a voicemail. I looked up this number and they were reported to be a questionable "research company". I willblock this number.

Asks for person by first name and claims it is highly confidential and will not provide any details of who/where they are calling from. Refuses to speak with anyone else because it is highly confidential

Robocall. Some type of survey.  I hung up.

Called during supper.  A foreign company asking about local internet and television habits.

No one answers but recorded message gives url for website for opting out of calls.
Okay it was too fast for me but I called it back again. Does not give name of company on recorded message but figured it out (not "farm research" not "foreign research") it's Forum Research so go to the link and get on company's do-not-call list.
