    I called Aetna and they told me HealthCompare is the name of the company that represents them in dealing with callers overflow. So in a way, they are Aetna...their agents are contracted with Aetna.

    Yepp, called the number on the back of my Aetna id card, they told me the same thing. Healthcompare is an affiliate partner apparently...weird.
