I got a call from USB claiming that I had a bound check from 2012 really shame shame that hard working people got to be scam.

We got a call from them I messed with them call I knew they were scammers the police told me any numbers with 844 or 842 are scam numbers

what this people calling my house, and the stupid woman told to learn to speak English can you believe it.  Someone needs to stop this people and put everyone in jail

"Mr. Jones" from this "litigation" company called my boyfriend and said I was under investigation for fraudulent check for a payday loan i got in 2010 and they were going to prosecute me if I do not want to settle with the company and pay up. I never got a payday loan from them ... EVER ... on top of that .... said that they pulled bank records from my PrePaid GreenDot card, which, yes, I do have one of them, but it's been the same account since 2009 and I still use it every month never have they tried to pull anything off for 6 years and I am just hearing about it now?? Do not fall for this scam!! They are just trying to scare people into giving them money.

I received a call from a very rude lady from 844.239.3794. She claimed I owed money, that they will take me to court and had my personal information. I did some research and found this to be a scam! Don't give them any information! I don't know how they retrieved my info, but I am going to report this and try to get the word out on social media.

They called us Friday and today they called our landlord cause I told them were not paying this bull crap tomorrow I am having my lawyer call them

They called me 3 days before Christmas. They said they needed an address in order to send me a subpeona to court. I freaked and asked what for. They said I owed a payday loan for $400 that would cost me over $2300 after court costs and my charges would be check fraud, money wire fraud, and 2 others cant remember them now. They repeated my name, ss#, old email and current address. They called my mom and two sisters to get in touch with me. I started crying because i didnt want to go to jail. The guy, Mr. Read, said he would settle for $400 and would take payments to clear this up. When he told me the bank i didn't recognize it. I figured from 5 or 6 years ago banks are businesses too, they changed names. I gave him my card number, he took $50 off my card and said he would send me an email. Never got the email. The next time they were supposed to take a payment from my card, they never took it. 6 days later i used it for groceries. Im a single mom.  They are due a payment now but haven't taken it. They called my sister again today saying i needed to collect documents from them. He said they were the NAACP or something that effect. Why didnt they call my number they already have or take the money from my card, which numbers they already have. I guess i should have called the BBB.
