- On Do Not CallReceived call today (November 14, 2017) at 3:10PM. I don't answer any of these calls. Usually the scam calls leave no message or if a message is left, it's the former "busy" signal. This number left the following message today (not quoted word for word) and stated: this is an "emergency"; "all services have stopped" because "Microsoft License Key had expired" then said to "Press 1" and then the call was disconnected and message ended. This is a scam and I'm aware of it. We also received a "pop up ad" on our computer the other day saying our "Microsoft License Key" was expired. Also a scam.
When this call came in, "Out of Area" appeared in our Caller ID, along with the number, date and time.
BTW, love how one of the options for "Call type" is "scam suspicion"...it IS scam.- Caller: scammer
