Scam saying this is a finel notice on a Cory case that does not exist

Was called that I had an outstanding debt and they were send the police to my job.

I constantly receiving this call and that I need to pay  Right now 300.00  because there is a claim in court

What I should do with this pay

DO NOT PAY!!  This is a SCAM.  If there really was a court case, you would receive a WRITTEN  summons, not a phone  call.

Like MJG said, do nothing about it. Don't send them any money, and ignore any threats they've made to you. This happened to my mom about a month ago, and she was so scared. This is what they want, because when you're scared, you don't think right. They know this. What they're doing is a common scam called phishing. They want your personal information so they can do something like steal your identity. I would suggest hanging up on them next time they call you if you should answer the phone. A better option is to ignore any calls from unfamiliar numbers like I'm having my mom do. If it's important enough, they can leave a message and you can call them back.

As always, remember that if there actually was a court case against you, you would be notified by mail or in person through a lawyer, never cold-called on the phone. A summons is never conducted on the phone, ever. They count on people not to know any better. Just to be on the safe side, report any numbers the scammers gave you to call and the number they called you on to your local attorney general's office. Chances are these evil jerks have targeted others in the area too, because this is what they do all day. Report this to the FTC, too.

I just got a call from Legal Support Services on my work phone number. They left me a very long voice message saying that they would be serving a summons to either my house or workplace and would be accompanied by a law enforcement officer. I called the number back (just to see what would happen) and they have a very elaborate phone prompt menu. I pressed a number and nothing happened.

I received a call at my job saying that they where going to send police to my job

Received very threatening message about a civil court litigation notice and that someone would be showing
up at my home in 72 hrs with a uniformed police officer and not to have any firearms or large dog in the house.

Message left about a court summon in my name (although they did not mention any specific name) and that they would be in contact with us at our home or place of work with a uniformed officer.

I received the same kind of threatening phone message. No name of company, person calling, or specifically, no name of person the call is intended for, either. I realize that what the people behind this are doing is illegal, but I also wonder if anyone in a position of authority can do more to more effectively and quickly find the predators behind these types of calls and shut down the numbers they are using .Increasing numbers of innocent people are being victimized and harassed in a number of ways at their workplace as well as in the privacy of their own homes by scammers trying to steal their money and their identities. And as far as legitimate debts go, any credible repayment or intended legal or court action is addressed in a professional manner with notification sent by written communication through the mail.

Alex Scott called me from "Legal Support Services" (Nice generic name) from the number: 844-383-1785.  Told me to call 844-240-2046 with "the case reference number" that was never left in the message.  He called on the 21st of September and said he would be out with a uniformed officer within 72 hrs. . . Still no Alex Scott or uniformed officer.  I wish we could just bury all of them in a deep dark hole in Antarctica.  Tempted to call both numbers just to harass them as they do others.

Also please remember no office or level as s will call to warn you before serving you or are saying because they rush the chance of you running m!

I just called the FBI about these numbers and was told that it is 100% scam do not pay. They're trying to say that I have a payday loan from a time period where I was incarcerated. After I brought up the FBI and made a few threats of my own they promised to stop calling me
