They have called my number and several of my family members claiming to have "sealed documents" to "serve" me between 3-5 and then provide a 469 area code callback number that somehow links directly to your name so they know who it is supposed to be for when you call  (so don't) -> the company gave a name of "E and R" which probably just stands for "Enhanced Recovery" or some other fly by night collection agency . I have no bad debts on my credit report and I assume this is some old "zombie" debt that's come to life for who knows what from who knows how long ago. They knew my full name (it's on the internet) and the caller "Jerry Hughes" tripped up when I asked if she knew how old the person she was calling for was - she said "around ____ years old" - and I confirmed that with what I could easily find on one of those sites where you can find the age and city of pretty much anyone alive. Since she claimed to be serving me summons between 3-5, I asked her if she could verify that she was a process server. I asked her at least a dozen times and she refused to confirm or deny. Then I got her to slip up and agree to 2 statements I made, one about her being a process server, and another about her not knowing what she was calling in regards to. When she said "ok, yes" after my two sentences, I called her out on confirming that she was a process server, and she stuttered and then hung up. I searched 3 state websites where I have lived for summons and found nothing. Scare tactics to get your info.
