Do not talk to them. They gave me the name of Walker Evans and Associates. I can not find a listing for that online at all. They use scare tactics to get you to pay on a loan you probably don't even owe. Ignore them. A guy named Carl and one named Claire called me.

I was called by this number 844-240-6230, and was told that if I did not contact them immediately I was going to be picked up by the police and prosecuted. For what I don;t know. I refuse to return the call.

They called said that they was coming by my house and my job to serve me papers. And I ask what it's concerns they hang up on me.

I just got the same call that I was being served for a debt that I paid. When I called the company the debt was out of they said I was paid in full and to NOT give them any information and that they are a SCAM! I called back the scam number and explained what the company had said and she got very rude and insisted that I send them the paid in full letter to prove it. I am not!! She also told me the name of the company was American Credit Financial.

I forgot to add that the number that called me is 844-240-6230. Shows up as unknown. She said her fax number is 844-402-0980. I have not looked that number up.

I also got a call from a private number and a man by the name of tony williams gave me this (844)240-6230 number and gave me a case number as well and when I call to talk to who ever they told me I owe a big about of money from a small loan I took out about 4 months ago that I have had two payments left on but I was laid off around that time. He has left two voicemails already is this bad can I go to jail for this

A Rick Morgan, called say they are going to serve me. It's a scam, I didn't answer. I fell for something like this 3 yrs ago, paid then called company to get receipt they said it wasn't from them. Paid the real company. Don't owe anybody any money. So these smamers can go to Hell.

No. And I would call the loan company you took the loan out with and see if you can make a deal with them and tell them that this person is calling you. Because nine times out of ten its fraud. You pay that person but still owe on your orig. loan. So be careful because I fell for this trap about 2 yrs ago. I'm still getting calls from different sources and I have already resolved the mater years ago.

I got a call today from this number.scared me sh_tless. Than I looked up the number.its a fraud.

This person left two voice mails one minute apart. I called and said that I had a fraud case from 2014 and ask me was some info. I said it was me but not my debt I didn't commit any fraud. I hung up. She called me back twice and I told here I was gonna report her to the FCC for harassment and I hung up again. She called back 5 x after that.  I sent her to voicemail. She never gave me

She has also said she would be calling my supervisor at my job. Harassment it is.. She never game me any company name..

I talked to a Nina Cortell...rude lady...filed a complaint with the attorney Generals office

My daughter and I received calls from these scammers today  for an alleged payday loan.  I had 40 minutes to resolve it (with money I suppose) or I would be served with papers with a criminal complaint against me.  No papers were served.  I wish they would of served papers because  it would have a legitimate company name and address on the papers and I could countersue for harassment of both me and my family. I did file a complaint with my State Attorney General"s office..  I did have a little fun with the irate "Nina" by laughing loudly and shouting into the phone over her.  Next time I will use a shrill whistle, LOL!

This number 1 877-708-9590 is Deena Cortese number and she's at America credit financial.com I wanted to know is this real or not because I paid off the loan with us recovery
