The call came through as unknown caller.  It was "Dennis Green from Legal Services."  He was advising me I will be served tomorrow between 12-5 at my home or place of employment.  I have been accused of fraud.  The # to call back is 844-240-9308. Fortunately, I am aware this is a scam.  I have forwarded the number to my local police department.

Omg! They have been calling for months.  Saying the same thing! I am going to be served for fraud! Like seriously... did not even apply to me! Whe  you call the numbt it just rings! So frugazy! Thanks for the post! I am reporting this ad well!

Been harassing me at my place of employment with threatening phone call of being served at work from 12-5pm. I am now getting two phone calls per day for the last week saying I have committed fraud.

The calls are from a Dennis Green or a Kyle Smith

Dennis Green, Kyle Smith, Legal Services, Process Server threats, Montgomery County what state? New phone number with complaints violating state and federal consumer protection laws, wonder under what group of scamming scummers this is?

They have got 200 from me. They will not get anything eles.

No message, they just keep calling over and over again.  I'm handing the # over to the family attorney.

They called looking for my brother saying they were from Start Recovery Legal Dept.  They were pissed off that I wouldn't give them my brother's contact info and told them to quit calling me

I received a call today from 844-240-2045 stating that I was going to be served as well between the same hours for fraud. It was apparently over a 2014 debt. I looked at my credit report and I don't see anything that speaks of this debt. He said he would be coming to serve me at my place of employment and I needed to have my supervisor present. Said I could loose my job! naturally that spooked me and I was about to send them money but thought different of it and wanted to check it out to see if this was a real company or a scam. From what I am reading it sounds like a scam.
