I got a text message right after this phone call. a voicemail was left first stating they are calling from benefits at dmx - then said email them at benefits@teamdx.com or call 8442411233. They did not ask for my name or anything. The text message left a fedex tracking phone number, when I went to FEDEX online with the tracking number, and it said the tracking number was invalid. This is BS do not bother. You can report them at the FTC website.

I got a voicemail from Agnes saying she was with Billing at genedx.com and to call back at this number, option 1. I called them back and they wanted patient date of birth, and then they asked for a full name. At that point I hung up.

This number has been calling me asking for my 2 year olds name and birthdate to confirm insurance and some test results to be sent. I have this actually situation happening currently but I feel uneasy about this and hope that this was not a scam.
