Recording about the need for donors at the blood bank.

I get robo-telemarketing calls from this number. Every. Single. Day! It's NOT a live human -- it's pre-recorded nonsense from a person claiming to be "Kathleen" with what she says is the "South Texas Blood and Tissue Center" (apparently in San Antonio, TX?). "Kathleen” claims my blood type is the "perfect match" and tells me to call 844-242-2227 to schedule a donation. If -- IF -- this organization is legit, they don't know me from page 9 and they certainly do NOT have my blood type on file! I'm appalled that either a legitimate non-profit is sinking to new lows to bring in donations, OR it's a bait-and-switch scam to trick folks into calling bad guys. Either way, it’s greatly lessened my view of blood and tissue centers, which are a vital service to our communities and which should adhere to higher standards.
