This was NOT a phone call. It was an UNAUTHORIZED charge for some Fitness App placed on my account when I paid $1.95 for a contest entry.  They charged me $89.95 and "RIPPED" me off.
The charge was listed as AM IMMUNITY.  I called this number and spoke with Kevin and he said that since the charge went through already he can't refund it now. But he supposedly is canceling the app subscription to avoid further charges.  I'm ging to notify the BBB.

Instead of contacting your bank you are going to the BBB?  Why?  Why is it people have bank/credit/debit card accounts and they don't have a clue how to handle a situation like this correctly even though the information was given to them?

I didn't order anything from this number O was told to call back during business hours.

A charge of $89.95 + $1.95 for what? The phone number is 844-242-3176. It's a fitness app that won't refund your money. Whew! AM Immunity they are in Florida.

I live in Rantoul Illinois and I have the same thing happened to me I just got my bank statement and it said they took $99.95 out of my account plus $1.95 and I have no idea who this is I've never entered into no contest so I was needing to know if anybody could help me figure out how I can get my money back cuz I'm disabled and I can't afford to have this money you can't take it out of my bank account

Every bank  account/credit/debit card comes with a piece of paper called and "agreement".  Within that agreement are the details of what to do in a case such as this.  I hope you didn't throw that piece of paper out.

Instead of asking random strangers on a phone number look-up site, why don't you contact your bank? Report the fraudulent transaction and have them cancel your account.

The same exact thing has happened to me & they refuse to refund it even though I got nothing for the $99.95 they took from my account. They need to refund it since we got nothing for it!!

Well, since scammers never return money after they've stolen it, you need to do the intelligent thing & contact your financial institution.

We go to the BBB AND our bank when it comes to scams and this one is a big one. I will also be contacting the BBB

Hmm, so instead of contacting actual Federal and State Agencies that have real law enforcement powers you want to go to the useless, worthless, toothless BBB?  Good luck with that!

Noone  called me .AM Immunity has taken 198.98 out of my bank..Don't  even know who the [***] they are...called them .left me on hold forever then they hung up.

Call your bank and see about a refund. Also ask about how to stop this from happening again.
