SCAMM!!!  Tried to Collect  for a Payday Loan -- IN 2010---Bad People -- Do NOT BELIEVE THESE PEOPLE ARE FOR REAL!!!

Heather Sanders calling in reference to a fax order for (me). This is the final attempt. have received it from different numbers. Call as soon as possible for delivery of this documentation. I'm tired of getting these calls at my parents house cause my dad just got out of the hospital and i dont want to receive these call anymore

Just got this call while I was in class , something from 2010???? A payday loan???

Same deal. Payday loan collection scam. States I owed almost 3k, but would settle for $650.
I think I will call him back, probably around 2:00 in the morning...............

Same deal calling all over the place claiming to attempt to reach me for a delivery of a fax --call immediately to resolve matter--when I called the number back it was a man who did not answer as any company or anything--just hung up

These people have called everyone in my family from a debt back in 2011 alleging I owe money . Very harassing and their voicemail is full how convenient

or this UBS group!   ALways using that "fax order" that they supposedly have for you.  Wonder what
thats supposed to mean?

They called (12/06/2016)for my daughter who doesn't live here.  Also got same call 12/05/2016 from  844-239-3794 . Said they were going to "serve papers" on her at work if she didn't get back to them.

They first called my co-worker who notified me of a voicemail she received. Then called me stating I'd be going to court over payday loan taken out in my name. I checked my state's court cases and saw nothing,  checked my credit report and nada. I don't think my identity was stolen (based on my 3 clear credit reports) so this has to be a scam.

Heather Sanders called my daughter saying she was with the "compliance dept.".???  WTF

This number had called my mother in laws and our home.

Same as above, except the person calling said my uncle's, name. I have a different last name now, haven't spoken with my uncle in years, we live in different parts of the state, and neither of us have each others phone numbers.

They keep calling my home number in to deliver documents to my ex husband (divorced 20 years ago).

got message from heather, saying owe debt

Got similar calls from a heather sanders, it's a scam these people should be locked up!!!

So I received the same message from Heather for the last few days I finally called yesterday and some guy answered and said he was at extension 322 I believe he didn't say what company he was with or that this is an attempt to collect a debt but when they ask me my name which is what he had on file and if the last 4 digits of my social work XX XX and when I said no he said well this could be a different person with the same name and then went on to tell me about the debt after trying to confirm I was not the person which is illegal and then said it's for a Regions Bank account from 2010. I said I had Regions Bank around 2005 but in 2010 I have a different bank which I still have. He then went on to say that it's probably me and the SS on file  is probably a typo and the statue of limitation was running out on the debt and because I have not paid it and if the statue of limitation runs out on the debt, then  I will be charged with check fraud apparently outstanding balance on a previous checking account which I know nothing about. I went on the spell out the email address and then he went on to say something about being arrested and I hung up. Then this morning I have another voicemail from Heather about some stupid facts.

Got the same VM about a  fax delivery - the second phone call said she had all my information, including the VIN to my car and my bank account info. Said a payday loan was taken out using my info and my ex's info in 2012 -  she said she was going to freeze my bank account and call my place of employment or take a lien out on the car -  she has me so freaked out right now, I know for certain I did not do this...but how the hell did she get all the information?
