A recorded message to our home phone is as follows: "You have been named as a primary person of interest in an on going investigation in regards to your financial  institution. I will need a final statement from yourself or alternative representation  before finalizing & exporting a written recommendation from my clients network." Thurs 2:13 PM  04/02/2015 call was received. (It was a recorded message)

....don't call them back or give them the time of day.  If there was an "investigation" into "your financial institution", you wouldn't get a scammy phone call.
