I received a malicious message asking me to call this number and they can help me unlock my computer and take care of the virus that they probably put on my computer.

I too got the same message when i turned on my PC. I called the no and it asked whether it was my personal computer and whether i am above 21.After completing those items, it got disconnected by itself.

ME TOO!!! What is this I cant get it off my browser and I even bought McAfee, ran it in safe mode etc. and still no luck. I think I need to take it in :(

Hello. I too had the same problem you all have been facing. I contacted and confronted them as nothing but a fraud, and told them that i was contacting higher authority such as the FBI or Protection Agencies and they instantly hung up the phone. I tried the same approach two times and both ended in being hung up on. BE AWARE! These people are hackers trying to reach your information, such as credit card numbers and your IP Address has been contaminated. Thank You, and I hope this sheds light to you all.
