they keep calling and asking for someone else and i have had this number for over 10 years so i know that this other person or any other person has not had my number so i know this is a scam or fraud they always tell me the clecks office sent them the number and to try and collect on the debt or they will take legal action which i then tell them again that they have the wrong person but they don't care i keep asking to be removed from their do not call list which with them still always calling me they do not have i have also told them i am disabled but they do not care and when i googled the number it came back as a scam or fraud please do not give any info to anybody your not sure about check it out first

"Arthur Brooks" from a so called "County Mediation" company called with a fake criminal case number and is trying to collect money off of a fictitious financial case that they made up. We are calling the number and nobody answers the phone. The voicemails he leaves are very general and he speaks with blanket statements that could apply to anyone. This is most definitely a SCAM. Do not give any information to this person.

Got call from county mediation services about a fictitious lawsuit

Person on other end said his name was Tim Gates. Regarding a criminal  charges lwith a case #MX 21660 stating he was sending me court documents. And on the way over to my home. After asking him several questions and making him repeat himself he hung up

They just called my sisters house phone saying since someone answered the phone that I have officially been served. I applied for a program 3 months ago to pay off my student loans and now debt from 7 or 8 years ago are harassing me really bad. Can they serve you over the phone? I thought you had to be served in person by a process server?

It was an automated recording my sister said that to call them to handle this outside of court. Gave my sister a case number as well and then at the end it said by answering this call you have been served.... aughhh im worried im in trouble for a debt.
