He identified himself as Morris Anderson with Total Tech Solutions, Personal Technician/Sr. Account Manager, 844-245-6005.  Since he had a heavy accent, I suggested Morris Anderson wasn't his real name.  He explained they use pseudonyms  because their Indian names are too hard (for us) to pronounce.  He knew my contract with QResolve was ending and said I needed to renew to continue service.  My renewal for 3 years cost $594.99, he said.  He explained the company was changing how it does things, and he is the technician assigned to me.  I am to call him directly rather than go through the company.

they are scammers

This individual has called us saying he is with Intuit and requesting information and access to our computers.

They scammed 499.99 us from me June 2016 and tried to do it again this morning. They are not from Quick Books as I have sadly now found out

Called me also 12 months $1000. My file is 57% corrupted. Will not be able to open my quickbooks if I don't sign up & get fixed. Used name of JASON PAUL to look up on google and said this is who he works for. (Mr.Paul is a quickbooks pro adviser)

They are not intuit, I called the 800 number, they instructed me to hang up and discontinue the live feed on my computer. I am so angry right now. Be careful, thank god I didn't give them any information

Morris Anderson is a scammer.  Had to report to credit card company to get money refunded.

Called said my QBooks wasn't getting updates. These guys are scammers. The names were Morris Anderson and James Spooner they both had India accents,. tried to get me to buy service plan and Cloud back up.First of all Quick Books is not going to call you. Just hang up on these scammers!!! Don't fall for this scam, this is the second company trying to scam me!

He called me a tried to scam money for a quick books update issue.  It smelled fishy, then he said I had to pay only by bank draft or PayPal and I wouldn’t get the service agreement until after I paid. Stay away from this scumbag
