Received a message from some lady stating that she was a CA state locator and that I needed to contact a Katherine Gold to mediate a case before I get served at my place of work or home.  I called the 844-245-7138 number that she said to call and no one answered.  I hate scams...the sherriffs NEVER call before they come and serve you because if they give you a heads up then you will just leave.

Called today stating they are locator and complaint filed in the Sheriff Department my mom is a collector said that's illegal..they call from an unknown number haven't called back b

I also got a call from CA locator saying to contact Katherine Gold about a Federal complaint filed when I called I got a voice message. The number is 844 245 7138 the first caller I. D. was out of area and new my full name and last four of my ssn which is really pissing me off now. Also beware of a cell phone scam that locks your phone with a FBI logo or Obama logo stating you opened animal and violent porn and terrorist supporter sites, if you send $400. thru money gram to pay fine they will unlock your phone. you know damm well the police and the feds don't give a heads up they come and get you

I also recieved a call from this number and I did speak with Mrs..Gold at first I thought it was a scam untill I called the Corp ..When I did I was glad she gave me the informtion as I am buying a house and I dont need that on my credit. There is no scam she happily gave me her address and I called the BBB and its legit...

FYI the CA locator's name was Rachel Martinez left mess. saying a complaint was filed in court I have 24 hrs to contact Katherine Gold. Before she finished I answered asked what was and who filed this complaint, she said she didn't have that info I can call before it's sent to court. I told her she said it was filed in court and why doesn't have info on the complaint but all of a sudden I can call before it's filed so which is it?

My mother got a call from this number well they called my aunts phone first and my aunt called my mother letting her know. They said that she had 24 hours to get ahold of Katherine Gold. I called our local police department and this a phone scam. When I started asking questions the lady got very rude and started yelling at me. I hung up on them. After I hung up my boyfriend answered the phone and they wouldn't say anything to him they just hung up.

Just checked my messages I got this call back on Nov. 25 2014 I didn't check my voicemail messages till today almost 2 months later. Since it was a unavailable nber I don't answer anyways . Well it has been almost / months I never got back in 24 hours glad I seen others went through this already so I know not to waste anymore time on this. Still living in the same place for the last 5 years and worked in the same place with no one serving me anything as of yet.
