person called me from unknown number and told me to call this number 844-245-7147 stating there was a case against me. She stated she could not provide me with any information that this person JoAnn Donner is the only one who could give me this details.

I called the number spoke with someone very rude. Placed me on hold several minutes and stated that I would have to leave a message. I told her no one would give me any information. I asked for the correct spelling of this person name and advised her that I am at my job she then began yelling and than hung up.

I continued to call back she would pick up the phone and hang up. I asked again for the correct spelling of this persons name and she spelled F U C K and told me to have a nice day. I continued to press redial and advised that I wanted to leave a voice message. Left voice message and continue to redial and line continue to be busy.  what kind of legit company take their phone off the hook? Still don't have any additional information.

From the call you received, would a legitimate company representative act that way??  A real company should have no problem giving you their name  & other information.
The call came from an unknown number - another possible red flag.

Suggestion - do not bother picking up calls from numbers you do not recognize.

I had a phone call from the same number and their trying tell me this is some kind of Federal Building. Although the woman was very rude and continued to call and harsh me.

There is a Joanne Donner out there with what I imagine is a reputable mediation business in Georgia.  The number prefix is different from the number given in the message.

the number is from an unknown person and this information we obtained via a VM message from a Carey (Kelly) Greenfield.  Not sure, there is a bit of a speech impediment there.

Bottom line, I am emailing Joanne Donner right now to find out more details.

Have you received anything in WRITING that was MAILED to you if the call concerns debt?  Voice mails, faxes, emails & texts  are NOT an official method of notification.  There is no jail or arrest even if you did owe money.

If not, demand  that before going any further.  They must provide that per FDCPA.

No, none of that.  I mostly contacted Joann Donner to let her know that people are fraudulently (possibly) using her name.  To what end, who knows.  Since contacting her, the calls stopped.  I gave her all the information given to me on the voice mail.  I am not really concerned with it was just curious what others were saying etc.

Exact same story her, Joanna Donner. Husband was called stating there was a district case filed against him about a debt at Wells Fargo and he would go to jail if he did not pay $500. This is false. I told her this would be reported.

After I contacted the actual Joann Donner (sp?) via her website (http://mediationandcoachingllc.com/) the unknown number had stopped calling for a day or so.  One of the last times they called, I answer and say, 'shhhhhhhh...' super creepily...they won't even leave messages now.  haha
I guess I figure I should have a little fun with them.

.wanted payment for loan with some online crap...they had all personal info and said if didn't pay it was fraud..done in 2012 with wells Fargo account...who what are they scammers????..I've gone thru id theft and they ruined us...could these be the online payday scammers??..

I also got a call from this number on 4-22 and the message said that we needed to contact them regarding a outstanding loan that was referred to leave and if no response there would be charges filed against me. Never responded next message 4-23 said that a processor server was being dispatched to serve me legal papers. Next day 4-24 message left saying I was non complyant and the charges have been filed it is now 4-30 and no papers no charges. Called the number at 1:30 am to find out what the name of the company was voicemail just said leave a number, name for Joann Donner.
What a bunch of malarkey. Why can't people just get a job and stopped trying to pull scams on people they must thing everyone is totally stupid!
