They called right after I got multiple calls from another number that then called my husband threatening felony arrest warrants.  I have done nothing that would cause felony warrants.  They left a message I needed to call back so that I had a chance to represent myself.... hmmmn written notice maybe?  I just called an attorney, they called the numbers back and said scammers and all we can do is block the number.  He said once you let them know you are "on" to them and never paying then they will stop calling.

The people calling from Mediation Office of David O'Neil. They had all of my information, SSN, Address and all that, but when I looked up their phone number, I couldn't find anything. They called saying that I wrote a bad check and they will be filing felony charges on me if I do not pay. I did some research, called the building in which they said they are working out of and those people said there is no LM & Associates. I questioned them and they freaked out and said they are sending this through and there will be a warrant out by the end of the week.
