Person pretending to be an officer stating that I owe money to an unknown company only reference number given. Treating to come to my job, home and relatives residents. I do not know this company.

I received a phone call that showed up as unknown on the caller id. The caller who identified herself as Nicole James left a message stating the call was an official notification of an active court summons for fraudulent check charges with the intent to defraud a financial institution issued for Angelica Garcia. She said since she could not reach me by phone she would actively seek me out where I work and at my place of residence. She told me to call the attorney's office at 844-245-7863 and reference case #F124780

My daughter works for a collection company and she said that this is a fake number from an app called"Spook", said they are trying to scam money. I don't answer the phone, I listen to the messages only.   Don't call them back!

Home Depot Home Services called to confirm an appointment I have with them.

Recieved a call from this number, 844-245-9995 from Premier Resolution Services LLC with number 844-330-1532 that this is final courtesy call and if I am uncooperative,needs immediate response and will report non-copmpliance at the end of the day. Ref # was given 699593.

Just received a call from company named PRS Associates regarding someone I knew 10 years ago. A man named Philip Avery left a voicemail using very aggressive words such as "theft by deception, breach of contract and fraud by wire." I thought it was a bit much, but ignored it assuming I wouldn't hear from them again. THEN my husband got a call from the same person. My husband did not enter the picture until years after the other person was out of my life and felt my privacy completely invaded that they even knew my husband's #! I called Mr. Avery back and he hung up on me. So I called back AGAIN (thought I'd play their game for a minute) and spoke to his Supervisor, Olivia Castle (these names are so generic or perhaps, fake!) I demanded she remove my and my husbands #. She said she didn't see my husband's number on file. I told her she better find it or I will be reporting her for harassment. Which she then responded with "that's fine."

This guy continues to call me once every six months. He is "data mining" for my social security number or bank account number. He has some of my personal info but i guess not enough to steal my identity. I have contacted the police.

Also got a call tonight from 844-245-9995.  They left a message that stated they were going to meet up with me between 2 and 4 either at my home or at my job next Tuesday and any animals or weapons had to be contained.  They also left a phony court docket number that we were to use if we wanted more information prior to being served.  Even had the correct last four digits of a social security number.  Problem was..... they were calling my husband's phone number, but the message was for his ex-wife.  We knew it was a TOTAL SCAM, and contacted his ex-wife and sure enough they had called her the other day using her phone number.  They are buying info from somewhere to try and pull off these scams.  (Google matched up the number with an address, and found it on the map.  The call was placed from a FARM located at 2 County Rd 900 N. Ivesdale, Illinois)

I should have added, that they were divorced ten years ago, so the info the scammers are buying is pretty old.
