Did you ever find out...I just received a call as well...

Yes, a guy stated his name Dan Berry, from a process office, that he is to serve me either at my home or work, said if have any questions to call this number, 844-245-7870 to get a stop order so he won't proceed..  he said the company is Mitication or Mediation. Out of nowhere these threatening calls comes through my phone.

What does this mean?  Is it a lawsuit?  As far as I’m aware, I don’t owe anyone or have any arguments with anyone…lol

Legitimate process servers do not call to warn you, or to get money from you to stop the process.

Thank you.  About April 3rd, Dan Perry called my mobile asking for my home address…I didn’t provide any info.  I received another call today as well saying they will come to my home today or come to my job.  They said also: (Dan Perry) - Mediation Services at 844-245-7870, I called the number and asked for a website, they said if I provided my mobile number they would provide me a website.  I googled mediation services and cannot find any business under this name, I also googled 844-245-7870 and had no luck.  

This is a scam company they use spy virus to get in to your smart phone and see all your info as well as your online banking.
So if you ever called them back your cellphone is most likely bugged already
