This same place has been calling me incessantly.  This is the latest number they have called me from after I blocked the other two, 888-391-1831 & 844-334-9683.

It sounds like they are saying they are "Auto Vang" and that they are formerly known as "Data Scan".  They are hard to understand but every time they call I get a automated message from them saying that they are calling "on behalf of my financial institution."

Same experience as Rick.  I think they are legit, even though they are annoying.  I have a leased Toyota and  according to the message they are trying to schedule a pre-return inspection.  A review of the Southeast Toyota Finance webpage says that such inspections are indeed managed by "AutoVin"/DataScan.  That being said, I intend to bring the truck to the dealer and let them do it, the hell with their third-party contractors.  Especially annoying third-party contractors who autodial my cell and work phones from multiple different originating phone numbers while I'm in meetings, on vacation, an otherwise unavailable to conduct commerce.  Yes, I'm being stubborn and now it's personal.  Still, a legit contact in my opinion.
