I get this message from this URL (webtraffictargeting.online/clicks/) it is a popup that says your computer is infected. I spoke to the guy over there and he says that he represents Geeks 24/7 and claims to be Microsoft Certified.

This place posted on our computer , that we had infected Mac , that if we tried to use it they would disable our computer . Told us we had to call them to stop that from happening . I called , was kept on the phone while let them work remotely . I believe they were trying to steal financial info , I shut them down , closed our computer and router . Be aware . I have changed passwords , hope its enough to prevent them from hacking us again .

I got the same on my laptop 7/28/17. Automated voice, plus pop up telling me I had 5 minutes to call Microsoft spy allert to avoid infection. It would not let me exit screen.
