This number is associated with the MO Consolidated Health Care Plan (MCHCP).  Behavior modification coaching of some type.

Claimed to be from MCHCP but wanted me to verify personal identifying information such as year of birth and home address. I refused to provide any information. Very skeptical call. Could be phishing attempt.

Claimed to be from MCHCP, knew my birthday month and day and asked me to verify my year.  I declined.  He continued to try to get me to verify the info saying he had programs to offer me. Persisted after telling him no again so I hung up.

It's not a phishing attempt.  It's a legitimate call from MCHCP - a health coaching service associated with a state insurance program.  They may simply be calling you in error.

Received a call from this number claiming to be MCHCP which I have health insurance with. The number is same number listed on my insurance paperwork.
