called & said i breached contract and have court papers

afs called, called them back.  scare tactics and bs to get you to pay.

This # is on my checking account trying to charge for something that I have never heard off. It says their name is Health Routine. If anyone has been scammed by these people, please contact me at suzikev692@gmail.com .  they did not call me but they did charge my debit card at 4:17 in the morning

Furious....this number is associated with charges on my card and have no clue who this is...no one answers the phone

Contact your card issuer. They should be able to tell you who this is. If you don't recognize the charge at that point report the fraudulent transaction and ask about having it reversed. Then cancel your card.
