This caller appears to be an ambulance chaser representing a Dr. John Moore.  The look up accident reports and then harass the victim with offers of their services.

Same as above,  ambulance chaser that tries to make you think they are offering a doctor appointment to be checked out.  Insults you when you try to ask who they are,  or who they are representing. Verbally abusive.

They called me up after my accident to offer me doctor's visit.
I went the next day. Very polite and I didn't get billed neither.
Doctor said I was fine but told me if soreness didn't go away to comeback.

Very harassing call after a car accident.

Caller said they wanted to speak to my husband about a recent accident. I asked for name and number, and he said, "Do you have caller ID? It's a direct line, have him call me. Oh - When you see the number come up on your ID, it would be a good idea to pick up." This was said in the most rude tone of voice. Then called back 4 more times over the next 3 hours and hung up every time I answered.

Same as others rud no response when ask there name and org. Hang up . Try to call back no answer .

These guys called me four times in a row before 8 in the morning, and when I finally answered the guy told me it was a wrong number. This is either a prank line, a telemarketer or a really terrible bill collector, but either way don't answer this one.
