Guy states his name is Daniel Wilson called threatening to come to my house and job if I don't call him back. Go ahead and come to my house and good luck finding me at the job I don't have

They are saying the same thing to me but his name is Mack Kave.  Did he have a deep voice James?

Got a call from "Private Caller" and a fellow claiming to be from my County Legal Services, Mack Hovell, told me that I am on his list for "service" (presumably service with a summons), and I have the right to call the plaintiff at 844-246-6538.  He quoted the last four digits of my social security number, and referred to a claim number 127994. He claims he will find me at work or at home unless the plaintiff says otherwise.  He said " (my name), you have been notified!" This deep voiced guy sounded ominous.

I find that having an internet site upon which to post warnings about these scams is very valuable.

is your county erie? I had the same thing, if your county isn't erie this is a scam

The same guy called me and threatened with the same deep voice saying the same thing and told me I was going to be served over a week ago and threatened me for over a week by phone 2/day.  Needless to say I have not been served, total scam!

This guy name Matt Cobb is calling my 15 year old daughter has her last 4 digits of ss#  claiming he is from our county legal services  and leaves a claim# .

I am in Collin County not Erie and I received this call today from Matt Kave . everything was exactly the same except my file#

Same guy with Deep voice calling from unknown number saying he is Matt Cobb coming to my house and workplace to serve me papers.  My 2-95 pound dogs can't wait for an afternoon delight.  Don't these people know this is a federal offense to impersonate court officers.

Matt Cobb, sure that is not his name, has warned me that he will visit my residence and work in the near future or so his two voicemails state.  I am looking forward visit.  I hate losers like Matt, people like him have no backbone and are ignorant.

From what I understand, they have been scamming people for years.. Someone needs to put a stop to this. They go by the name American Credit Resolution.

These idiots have been robo-calling me all day.  I don't know what their problem is because they've only left a message once, and it was completely unintelligible.  I don't owe anybody a dime, my FICO is over 800, nobody would have any reason to be "looking" for me, so they just got added to my blocked caller list.  WHY is it that these scammers continue to get away with this crap year after year, with almost complete impunity?  The call is from Barbados, BTW... maybe they're pirates.  ARRRH!
