Did not understand what company person was calling from, but they called twice saying they were calling to warn me they were coming to serve me for something. Did not say what for, just this call-back number and case number which does not equate since nothing has happened and I have not done anything and no case has been filed in any local jurisdiction.

Called me 6 times and leaving voice mails. even my work number. Her name is Mary Shepherd.Threating me that I will get served . I have failed to their compliance .Any concerns will call the small claims court. I tried calling back and it went to a voicemail.

They called me Mrs. Carr.....not my name.
Said that they were giving me warning that police would be showing up at my door with papers.
I called back and they refused to give the name of their company.
I asked for Mary Shepard and they said she was "out".....funny...just left a message a few minutes ago.
They asked for my claim number and again said that police were going to be coming out to serve me.....really?
Again, who are you?  Refused to tell.....they wanted my telephone number and name.....nothing doing.
I just reported them to the federal communication commission....you can too!

They said i was getting served with theft by deception so i dont know if they are lying they want money today what should i do
