I just got a call from Anthony Rocko in regards to what he seems to think he will call a civil suit being filed against me.  This is a complete scam I have worked in collections for years now and heard horror stories about offices just like this.  I call back and talk to a guy this is National Check Recovery who has a PO BOX in the state of Georgia yet they leave a voicemail they are coming to my work as well as my place of employment to serve me all the way here in NY.  Not to mention they are trying to collect on an old account with Worlds Gym that has now been paid for years. I have the paid in full letter saved in my email.  I cant wait to have a ball with these guys after they realize they definitely barked up the wrong tree. I will pay thousands in legal fees to make sure these guys go out of business.

Paul from Legal One Servicing called..restricted #. Said I was being served. Said I had a civil suit against me. He was absolutely scary on the phone. Then he gave me file numbers.  information I have no idea what any of this is about. although he did use the name Rothman as prosecuting attorneys it's probably a gigantic scam beware.

I got the same message.  I'm in California.  Did they really show up at your home or work?

I received several phone calls from these guys the past 3 days. The first one said that there is litigation against me by two claimants, and that I have been "notified" that they will be by my residence on Friday (today) between 11 - 3, and they will also come to my business. They said nothing about calling them back, which was clearly a scare tactic as they did leave me a phone number.

Yesterday (thursday), they called again, stating they will again be out today, and want a call back. Of course, I didn't call them.

Today, they called again, leaving me a voicemail telling me that I needed to get council, and of course mentioned nothing about coming out to my residence today as the time frame they gave to come out is passing.

THE BOTTOM LINE:  THEY LIED about coming out to my residence and place of business. They were never going to come out in the first place!! They use professional and legal sounding reps to scare you using threats of embarrassing you in public at your place of business, to make you contact them so they can scam you out of your hard earned money.

Just got the same calls in the past few days, even on a Sunday. The messages left from a restricted # and the one from this number 844-282-8370 & 844-246-6544.

Some idiot called my cell phone with a private number and left a message looking for my daughter saying that she is being served with papers.   Nothing but a scam....

Paul from Legal One Services called my elderly mother and my sister with case number, claiming to represent Myer and Weitz regarding a civil matter against me. I called, but no one answered. It's a shame that people try swindle hard working people out their money!
