Call and told me my computer was hajacked

Went to access email, notice popped up that due to possible hijack account was suspended and to call  this number.fell for it only to slowly figure out I was being hacked and they wanted me to buy "protection" for new computer that already had protection. Got very demanding and started contradicting himself

i get a pop-up when i log onto aol -- warns me of some error  -- gives a toll-free number for me to call for "certified live technicians" -- cannot get the pop-up to go away ! !

This pop up showed up blocking me from using my PC  called them and they wanted $128.00 for one time fix $285.00 one years service . They Claim they was with Microsoft I called Microsoft and they said the people are scammer . So don't pay them any money . Its all a scam .

The only persons who should be touching your computer is you, your manufacturer, Real Windows support that you have called and/or maybe a real live tech you see face to face!
