Does this "Legal Consulting Firm" have a name?

We have received two calls for two different employees.  This is a scam.  Do not respond.  T

Received a call from Allied something or other.  Said "they" were needing my spouse to call and give current address as they could not locate him and felt the most probable place of residence would be with me.  He needed to respond soon before case # such and such was filed.  If case filed before he called, then they would locate him and process him accordingly.  This felt like a scam.  I called today and spoke w/ rep.  They had all kinds of information regarding my husband including SS#, place of employment along with name of bank and last 4 digits of bank account.  They said he took out a loan in 2012 and was to have repaid it through our bank account.  Said he either closed the account, or there were NSF and there was a "breech" of contract the same as writing a worthless check.  He was being pursued for the amount of $1569.00.  I traced this number on the internet to Decatur, GA.  I told the person on the phone that on the internet, there was information regarding Allied Legal Consulting and deceptive practices according to the FTC.  They said there was many Allied business out there and they weren't the one in Texas that was closed down.  Asked her where they were located.  She said they had 3 offices - in New York, Florida, and I forget the 3rd.  I told her that I looked up the number on the internet and it was traced to Decatur, Georgia, therefore I was hanging up now.  I hung up, but am now concerned that they had so much information regarding my husband and our bank account.  My husband will call his employer tomorrow to see if anyone had called there.  DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE BACK!!!
