My sister got a phone call from this # looking for me today. I called back and when they answered the phone I asked for the ext I was given. They asked me for a case # which I provided and then the gentleman told me the last 4 of my ssn. I asked him who he was with he said Global Solutions and they were an Arbitration company trying to collect a debt for Twin Bluff Financial. He then transferred me to a woman who told me that I took a payday loan out in 2010 and demanded I pay $830 today. I informed her I needed to do some checking and I would call her back. When I didn't she called be back using a Lousiana phone #.  So I asked for information on the loan because I know I didn't take out a payday loan in 2010. I asked for the address on the loan application she tried to give me my current one which I didn't live at in 2010 in fact I moved to a different state in 2012. I told her no I wanted the address on the application as well as the phone # used she couldn't give me either! I informed her they could just have me served with papers and I would be contacting a lawyer. She told me I would need a very good lawyer in a pissed off tone and hung up on me. I just wanna know how they got my step sisters phone # and some of my info! Please beware of these people.

Just received a call from 832-304-5597 who claims to be Global Solutions. Said it was in regards to pending allegations involving my husband and tried to get me to verify his last 4 social. Will not be returning the call. Anything that official should come in the mail.

Received a voicemail from Global Solutions 586-359-0036 (local #) today telling me that I have been served and to call them back regarding a pending legal arbitration issue and to call back before their client takes me to court, the call back number they left was 844-258-4993.  I called the local number back and my call was picked up by "Kelly Clark" who had a strong Jamaican accent. She asked for my case number and then asked me if I knew someone named Leroy Hayes.  I informed her I did not and she then hung up on me.

Strange that they had my maiden name but a new unpublished phone number that is in my husbands name only.

Global Solutions is an overseas debt scamming operation.  If you return their calls you will hear a call-center in the background.  They say they are in Miami but have "48 different locations".  Apparently not knowing the US has 50 states.

Twin Bluff Financial is not operating at this time and has been used in the past as a conduit (as I understand it) by debt scamming operations.

Ignore and block the calls.

They keep leaving me very threatening a voicemail saying I need to pay a debt and that legal action will be filed. I blocked the number because of all of the below complaints. When they called I don't think they gave their company number but when I called back she said this is Hannah with a ART how can I help you.
