A man who said he is Frank Dawson a legal rep for the state and Marion County. He said he is trying to locate Marilyn May. He says he is doing this for some party that has a grievance against her. She is to call back to the above number regarding case # 293354 to be filed in this county in IA.

Someone claiming to be Joseph Spencer called my son's home asking for me, that a lawsuit was to be filed in the county against me, and that I was now "formally notified." He said they would now notify me by mail. I am to call the number to confirm the address and reference a case number 293833 (notice how close to the above number this is but in a different state). Since there is no court in this country that allows "formal notification" by phone, I can only assume this is either a debt collector (though I don't know for what debt) or someone trying to scam money. I'll await the letter.
