I asked them to stop calling and they woke me up this morning.

I received info from Horizon BC/BS medical director stating this was a company hired by Horizon to assist you after receiving a "life altering diagnosis." In my letter, it said I had a recent cardiac event....which I never did!  After the indignation in my voice was apparent and I told Christian that I never had a cardiac event, he said that he would email me info...which he did. I have not had time to review this info. I plan to follow up with Horizon to see if this is legit. If it's not, they are using Hoizon letterhead. Until you figure out if this is a real company, proceed with caution.
