Recording from "Delmarva with important information regarding your account."  Only problem was that the person they were asking for doesn't own the phone number.

I called the number and it is Delmarva Power Electric company.  I am sending them a e mail letting them know the automated voice is not properly identifying them.

The caller that answers states it is Delmarva but they state the wrong name. Then they transfer you but not to a human. Seems fishy and like a scam.

Call received from this number with recording that there was important news about my account with Delmarva Power.  This is not the usual number from Delmarva ....

Automated voice saying, This is Delmarva with important information about your account,  please call 8442592403. This is a scam because Delmarva Power tells you that you will never receive a call of that nature for your account from them.

It is actually an autodialer from Delmarva Power and if your account is past due they will call you from this number.. But you are directed to call them back at their main number which is 1-800-375-7117. You can verify that on their website www.Delmarva.com

Delmarva automated call regarding our account...  We don't have an account with Delmarva Power.

Caller identifies themselves as Delmarva Power, then asks me to enter info associated with my account to verify my identity. That's when I hang up - if you call me, it's you who needs to verify your identity!

They left a voicemail stating they were from Delmarva  with an urgent matter on my account.   I called back and they wanted all my information  verified.   I called Delmarva power directly and they stated the call was not generated from them.  They will never call about a bill

Received a call from this number today.  Caller ID listed as Delmarva Power but did not answer as I get a-lot of spam calls since my info is on the dark web after it taken in a commercial hack.  Called DP customer back at their listed number on their website and a rep confirmed that this is NOT one of their #’s.  Rep also said that DP will not call you to ask you to make payment over the phone. This is their policy.  Instead their recording asks you to call the main # at 1-800-375-7117 to discuss your account.
