no message left. i called back and it was a wells fargo customer service line. my guess is it would have been a credit card or equity line pitch.

called during class, no message.

Called my cell first then home. Didn't answer either since it was a toll free and figured it was solicitation and no message was left. Previous post mentioned Wells Fargo customer service so that's probably right. Not many people have both my numbers.

Wells Fargo customer relations dept.  if you have an existing WF account, they will try to upsell you on another product

Call was not taken as it was to my cell and I don't accept 800 number calls. I hate telemarketers!

"WF rep" wanted to refi an auto loan. Seemed kind of sketch. Maybe was legit but wasn't sure and I  wasn't all that interested anyway. Rep wanted to obtain a credit report over the phone, sketched me out, if I wanted to refi I'd go to the bank instead of having the bank come to me at a random time.

They called and left a message about refinancing my auto loan.

Asked the rep. For her ext. and gave Wellsfargo a call they verified that they own that number, specializing on loans. Gave the rep. A call after that.

Yes it is Wells Fargo trying to sell a lower interest rate on existing auto loans.
Just a reminder - they say they are calling on a recorded line.  You have the right to refuse to talk to anyone on a recorded line.  JUST SAY NO TO RECORDING no matter who it is.

Its legit Wells Fargo auto loan refi.  They will call you offering to refi you car loan at a lower rate.  Of course, it could be someone spoofing their number so don't give out info - they only asked to verify the last 4 of my SSN with them.

Yes it was a call from Wells Fargo.  They give you this speech on how you have been a good customer and they COULD help you save some money by refi your auto loan.  Long story told short....they wanted to extend my term and raised my interest rate by 4% after a hard pull on my credit.

I decline the offer and told the caller to Never Call Me Again with any offers.

Got a call from this # and checked here to see who it is. I'm guessing it's wells fargo since I had a home improvement credit card with them that currently has a $0 balance & has for about a year. I have done no other business with them and choose not to.  I wish they would stop calling me.

I guess I need to update my account so they stop calling me.

Just put my phone number into gmail and microsoft for "security" and 2 days later I get 3 phone calls on the same day 2 hours apart, all of which are crap:

I have an account but was too busy to figure out if it was a sales call or call regarding my actual account.
The caller did have my information and did confirm he was calling directly from Wells Fargo, and was pleasantly respectful
